The present General Conditions of Sale are established between: On the one hand, the Company: AK DIGITAL PLASTIC SL B56606015 Cami De Binifadet 15 07710 Sant Lluis, Menorca (hereinafter SUSTAIN AWARDS). And, on the other hand, any person placing an order (hereinafter the CLIENT). These conditions are exclusively applicable to consumers, and under no circumstances is the resale of the products purchased permitted. The placing of an order implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CUSTOMER, as well as any other conditions specified in the order itself.


The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions of sale between the CLIENT and SUSTAIN AWARDS, from the placing of the order, delivery and payment, as well as the after-sales service.


We mainly sell trophies and the services that make them of the highest quality. Each of the items sold contains, in addition to a photograph, a description, details of its composition, and information regarding the details of shipping and returns. Sometimes we have pieces that due to manufacturing issues are modified and therefore the products may have small differences with respect to what is published on the web, the descriptions are merely indicative and may vary. We have done our best to show the colours of our products as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that the colour of the product also depends on the resolution of your screen.


The CUSTOMER can place an order through the website www.sustainawards.biz following the established procedure. To place an order, the CUSTOMER must provide the personal data requested by any of the procedures indicated above, unless he/she already has a CUSTOMER number. Once the basket has been validated, the CLIENT must choose the address and delivery method, and validate the payment method, this last step formalising the sales contract with SUSTAIN AWARDS. Once the order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation within 24 hours of your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you can't find it either, you can contact us at info@sustainawards.com. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is personalised and you will receive a full refund. To cancel your order you must send an email to info@sustainawards.com or call (+34) 652 971 155 from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. In your email you should indicate your order number and the date of your order. If your order has already been dispatched (i.e. it has already left our shop or warehouse) you will have to wait until delivery to cancel it, and this cancellation will be made through the right of withdrawal which will be subject to the terms and conditions indicated below in the section on returns. The placement by the CUSTOMER of the order is equivalent to full and entire acceptance of the prices, the description of the products on sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specified in the order itself. All product orders are subject to availability. Once you have received our confirmation email, we cannot change the details of your order (product, quantity and delivery address). Please check all the details of your order carefully before confirming it. In the event of difficulties in the supply of the selected product, SUSTAIN AWARDS will inform the CUSTOMER within a period not exceeding twenty days. In the event of difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, SUSTAIN AWARDS will reimburse the CUSTOMER for any amount that may have been paid. In this way, your order may be cancelled as it is subject to availability. There is a time lag between placing your order and us accepting it. For this reason the stock of an item may vary. If an item you have ordered is sold out before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


The CUSTOMER can choose the address where the purchased item will be delivered, although he/she can also request to pick it up at one of the SUSTAIN AWARDS shops. Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, deliveries usually take 2 to 5 working days once it has been dispatched and will be delivered by courier service. Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual at certain times of the year such as Easter, August bank holidays, Christmas or bank holidays, and also during sales periods. We do not deliver to Ceuta and Melilla or the Canary Islands. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. If after 7 working days you have not received this email, you can contact us at info@sustainawards.com.es. You can send your order to an address other than the billing address when you place your order. Once you have placed your order, you cannot change the delivery address. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.


You can pay by all major credit or debit cards Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard and you will be redirected to the Paypal page to proceed with the payment of your order. Our website is secure and the data you provide is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. To pay with Visa and Mastercard only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions are accepted. All transactions are made in Euros and the prices shown on the website include VAT.


All prices included in this website do not include VAT and are in Euros. Our prices between this website and the shop may vary, as there are times when our shops may launch local promotions that will not be available online, or the online shop may offer special discounts that will not be available in shop.



A. AT ANY SUSTAIN AWARDS SHOP IN SPAIN. The articles purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged by the CUSTOMER if they have not yet been personalised. The CUSTOMER has 15 days to return their order for exchange or refund of the amount paid. The total amount paid will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned product, in accordance with article 76 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.


Download and fill in your Cancellation Form SUSTAIN AWARDS customers who have made a purchase through this website have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to proceed to its cancellation. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email to info@sustainawards.com . After communicating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have another 14 additional days to return the order. The return can be made free of charge by post. To make a return, you must deliver the product properly packaged at any post office and indicate that you are returning by Correos Express, for which you must provide the code "return-SUSTAIN". The CUSTOMER shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. In this regard, in order to return the item, it must be in perfect condition and sent in its original packaging. Items that show clear signs of use or handling will not be accepted for return. In the event of withdrawal, we will proceed to make the refund, within 14 calendar days, using the same means of payment used by you in the initial transaction. In any case, we may withhold the amount of the refund until we have received the return of the items purchased.

8.3.- Defective products and guarantees

The guarantee issued by SUSTAIN AWARDS guarantees the quality of its products for the legally established period. Our guarantee does not cover deficiencies caused by handling or improper use by the CUSTOMER. Any item purchased in our shops or online shop that presents manufacturing defects prior to purchase, will be returned to the CUSTOMER at no cost to the same being able to choose between: * Refund of the money through the payment system used in the purchase of the product. * New article to replace the defective one. This commercial guarantee has an additional character and as such, does not alter the rights recognised to consumers and users by the regulations in force in each country according to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November on the revised text of the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, modified by Law 3/2014 of 27 March.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when the same is due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Cause"). Force Majeure shall include any act, event, default, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to the following: a) Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action. b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster. d) Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private. e) Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems. f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority. Obligations shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we shall have an extension of time to perform such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that will enable us to fulfil our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.


These Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerned. In the event that one of the clauses of the present conditions is null and void, this will not affect the rest of the conditions.


The present conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any doubt, discrepancy or divergence that may arise in the fulfilment and interpretation of the present Contract, in any case the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction. In the event that the user does not act as a consumer or user, the parties agree that the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Burgos shall have jurisdiction.


Without prejudice to the previous point, SUSTAIN AWARDS, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, makes available to users the dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission, which is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES.
